Chipotle Mexican Grill

Seriously like 4 pieces of meat and I ordered two different meat and pinch of rice I know you guys can't give out giant amounts but really at least make it worth it

I would love this place if it weren't for the insane amount of salt in everything I am eating.
Just tried the new chicken al pastor and my throat stings from the salt. Threw a $20 meal in the garbage.

Very bad the Floors are nasty the tables are always dirty each time I come in theirs always food on the tables this chipotle needs cleaning quickly very expensive also just for a large drink they charged me almost 3 dollars this is crazy when at panda express only charged me 1 dollars this is crazy this chipotle needs to be shut down

I come to this Chipotle a lot and it's definitely a hit or miss, but I actually enjoy the food so I continue to play the Chipotle game with myself. No matter if you decide to order on the app or go inside and wait in line to order something is going to go wrong. There's not really a good system going with Chipotle to keep up with the demand. 2 stars because I enjoy the food when my order is made correctly. If you order on the app and pick up beware your order may be wrong, but if you decide to go inside be ready to wait in the massive line unless you're lucky and no one is there.

This place is terrible...when I went to order first thing is oh we don't have white rice...what the hell...it's lunch time. The place was dirty (tables, floors etc). The workers need to take pride in this place.

Giving Chipotle a bad name.

The food was subpar and can tell not made with love. The guacamole was gross...ewww...never coming here again

I tried FIVE 5 TIMES to order on the internet.
I said I could have free guacamole! Great.
Then, it said it needed to be delivery - which is more expensive, but then I figured out I could get free delivery - k... great!
As I'm placing my order, I put the guacamole on my dish. Then it said it didn't recognize the guacamole, so the charge wasn't coming off. So then I rearranged my order and added a separate guacamole. It still wouldn't recognize the guacamole $ to be taken off.
I tried to contact customer service, the website kept kicking me out.
So, I tried the corporate offices, on my quarter, and it hung up on me when I asked for customer service.
I've never had any issues before, so the IT dept. better get their acts together, as of right now, I'm not ordering from these guys anymore.
This was an OUTRAGEOUS EXPERIENCE - Dumb, dumb, dumb.

I like the food, but every time I visit- the overall appearance is disgusting. Dirty floor, tables, trash piling up.

Not just this location, but most locations.

Corporate needs to make cleanliness a priority. Compare Chipotle to McDonald's- which are usually spotless.

Of all the chipotles I've been to, this is the worst. People are reasonable friendly, but presentation, food quality and portions are wildly inconsistent and bad. I'm adding the picture of a salad with barely any greens in it... below are two pictures, a picture of what I ordered and proof of my order, then a picture of what I received. They didn't want to replace it or refund me. Customer service is laughable through the app and in person. This is not okay, I will never be back.

My fellow Yelpers had me really nervous to place an order the other day, but I did it anyway. Doordash had a BOGO free on entrees, so I ordered my mom and I lunch.
With hesitation...
But I'm so glad I did! Our food was super yummy! Mom got a barbacoa burrito Bowl and I got a barbacoa salad. The meats were on point, the guac was amazing, and the greens in my salad were fresh and leafy!
I'm only giving 4 stars because I haven't been inside or interacted with staff.

Way more than expensive than we expected. The food tasted fishy just did not enjoy even one bite of it!
